AALI increases civic awareness and leadership opportunities, specifically targeting Austin’s Black population. This program is created to establish a network of opportunity, equity, and a higher quality of life for the citizens of Austin. AALI also challenges corporations to explore policy, process, and cultural aspects to improve their ability to attract, equip, retain, and promote more Black professionals. With 4 years in service and over 100 Alumni, AALI continues to make strides in its mission. More info...
