“Ms. Coleman worked beside me for 10 years and demonstrated the utmost ability to navigate difficult situations. She gained my full trust through her example of honesty, reliability, and doing the right thing when no one was looking. In 1997, she coordinated my fast at East Side Field, which raised over $300K in just seven days so that young people in East Austin would have access to a first-class sports facility…. Her services are valuable, her motive is pure, and her talent and business acumen are extraordinary.”

She incorporated feedback and input from four different work units and required minimal time to produce more output than was expected in the short time frame, putting our operations ahead of schedule in achieving compliance with agency deliverables and requirements regarding needed manual approval processing. I highly recommend BiNi for her high level of professionalism, efficiency and quality of work.”

"In working with Mrs. Coleman, over the past 13 years, I have much respect for the expertise she has demonstrated in the following areas:  Operational & Business Management, Organizational Strategy & Leadership, Financial & Data Systems/Management, Development and Communication. She led strategy and development efforts to move our nonprofit from an annual budget of around $300K to over $1.2M. Beyond just technical skills, one of the greatest attributes Mrs. Coleman brings to the table is her character:  integrity, honesty, dependability, commitment to helping underserved communities, and her willingness to state her position and challenge inequities."

"When I stepped in as the new leader of a struggling program. BiNi Coleman provided the insight, support, data, and tools to allow me to Lead Simply – and change the program direction. Her ability to discover the root cause of an issue, to help find solutions that are practical and impactful – allowed our leadership team to put into action systemic changes. What was a program that did not meet the required standard became a model of excellence in great part because of her vision."

"Our organization was fortunate to have BiNi serve as our interim executive director for a year while we transitioned from one permanent leader to the next.  This was a time of significant change for the organization.  BiNi's steady hand was a godsend, as it gave the board the bandwidth to be thoughtful and strategic in its approach.  BiNi's solid understanding of the afterschool landscape, ability to get all things done quickly and efficiently, effectiveness in creating and building relationships and her personal passion for the cause made her not only a highly effective partner, but an absolute delight to work with."

"BiNi is the real deal. When I first met BiNi almost 15 years ago, she was overseeing afterschool programs at multiple schools. When an afterschool facilitator was absent and they couldn't find a sub, BiNi would teach the class! She never gives up on students; she never gives up on families. BiNi is competent, caring, and just plain cool. She has authentic credibility and, as I mentioned earlier, she is the real deal."

"On behalf of iSWAG, I would like to say that BiNi is the best! A group of some of my closest friends and I joined the after school organization [iSWAG, in 2011] in hopes of just trying out a program together. We ended up building a better foundation for our future through understanding how to work with others with different personalities than our own. We worked to develop plans and goals to help us get through our high school careers, building a strong platform for our futures after graduation. With this being a group of girls we even developed better team building skills and learning how to work in even the most difficult situations. BiNi provided us with the tools we needed to help us become successful young adults. We will always love her for that and appreciate all she has done and continues to do as a mentor in our lives. Where others can’t get it done, she can definitely make miracles happen. She opened our eyes to a whole new world of possibilities, giving us hope and guidance. Thank you BiNi!"
